I had brand-new deluxe queen room with iron and basic requirements and fan. Got very very good breakfasts and overall had a very good stay overall for holiday.

Strategic and comfortable location near to EVERYTHING, and 15 minute walk from East Coast Mall. Nice little and nicely furnished rooms with fan and mini fridge and basic requirements, satisfactory breakfast.

The hotel's location is convenient, being adjacent to Berjaya Megamall and close to the Hentian Bandar bus station. We were really surprised by the cozy and comfortable room at Pavilion Hotel Kuantan @ City Centre. The amenities provided in the room, such as an iron, iron board, hairdryer, and kettle jug, made our stay convenient. The location was perfect, with several malls within walking distance. the mini mart at the lobby was a great convenience. The breakfast provided was a nice effort, and the food was satisfactory. we had a great stay and would recommend this budget hotel for its great value for money.

I really enjoyed the place. the hotel was in a very central setting near Teluk Chempedak beach by car. 3. All the personnel was nice. 4. the food was appetising - lots of options.
